MS provides a Web interface as well which allows a user to access files across multiple systems. The Web interface has limited functionality as compared to the Desktop one. The Desktop interface is integrated with the Windows and no separate window is needed.
A user can run advanced commands including search and replace on OneDrive. The cloud system then takes care of the task thus freeing up precious resources in the users PC.
What are OneDrive’s Limitations?
MS OneDrive is cloud based and requires a stable internet connection. Changes made into a local copy will not be updated to the cloud unless network is available. This becomes a problem in collaborated tasks where multiple users share a file.
There is a limited amount of free space available to every user. A user can ask for more space but must pay for it.

Install and Run:
Download the file and navigate to the folder. Double click the exe file.
The progress bar shows the installation progress. Once installed One Drive is registers for a new user. Old users can simply connect with their own OneDrive. The data from drives is fetched and drive icons are placed in My Computer. Also, the Right-Click menus is updated for ease of access.
